Our Home Finding Process
Upon receipt of the needs assessment of the family, we will create a pre-property list that suits the requirements and preferences within an authorised budget. Pre-Property list serves as a platform information to understand the family’s needs better. Hence to achieve efficiency on the actual home finding day.
Alternatively, we will set up a preliminary call with the family to discuss the needs and share relocation information. Discussion on residential districts, real estate terminology, deposits and commissions, as well as the process of securing a lease and documentation.
During the viewing days, we act as the Assignee’s advocate, providing an independent and objective point of view to assist in understanding the relative convenience/suitability of properties the family will be viewing.
Second viewing of short-listed properties, to help Assignee make a final choice will be conducted. Our team shall continue the home finding till a property is identified.
Upon selecting a property, we continue the process lease negotiations, lease review and payment arrangements. Subsequently, a full detailed report of handover will be carried out.
